- 10 ml pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Put the sago flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add milk, slightly cooled melted butter, vanilla and egg.
- Use a wire whisk to combine the wet and dry ingredients together until smooth slowly. If the batter is too thick, add extra tablespoons of milk until you’ve reached the desired consistency.
- After that set aside and allow to rest.
- Heat up your pan or griddle over low-medium heat using butter to grease the pan.
